Matsuri (the Japanese word for festivals), triggered by the arrival of the Travelers at intermediate Inns, enliven the path with unique events. A number of new Travelers are now also available for the trip..
Tokaido: Crossroads & Matsuri combines the original two expansions and most promos into one box, adding a level of complexity to the core game. All components fit into the core Tokaido box.
